About the Event
The session will start with guided self massage using the 'Energy' massage oil. This will stimulate your body and warm up your muscles ready for the exercises.
After that, we will be guided through some 'restore & renew' yoga from an experienced yoga instructor.
Finally we will finish off with another self massage, this time using the 'Relax' massage oil.
This special massage oil, which is blended for the special therapeutic properties in the UK, will help us unwind after the session and bring a feeling of relaxation to your life!
